Simon graduated from the University of Birmingham in 1999. He worked as a dental associate in central London and Hertfordshire for many years and in 2007 he became principal of Ware Dental Practice (Now Hertfordshire Dental Group). Simon is dedicated to providing an outstanding level of dental care for his patients and has worked hard to put together a team who share his beliefs. He is passionate about his patients' smiles, and enjoys being able to carry out extensive restorative procedures on his patients with the use of implants, crowns, veneers and invisible orthodontics.
Simon is committed to his ongoing professional development; he is a full member of the British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and the International Team for Implantology. He completed his Post Graduate Certificate in Implantology at the world renowned Eastman Dental institute and has been awarded a diploma in advanced dental Implantology from the Royal College of surgeons of England, as well as Post Graduate Certificates in both Dental Education and Cosmetic Dentistry.

Our team comprises some of the most respected dental implantologists in Hertfordshire. They are highly qualified practitioners with extensive experience in all areas of dentistry and oral surgery, conducting complex treatments every day.
John graduated from the University of Birmingham Dental School in 1998. He has worked as an associate dentist in Hertfordshire and London, during which time he has enjoyed gaining extensive experience in all aspects of general dentistry. After three years of study, in 2011 he was awarded a Masters Degree in Dental Implantology from the University of Warwick.
A skilled, experienced and caring clinician, John is committed to providing dentistry of an exceptional level and is passionate about establishing a mutual trust between dentist and patient, a relationship he considers essential to successful treatment. John takes considerable pride in his relaxed and approachable manner with patients, which places even the most nervous at ease.
John believes it is important to be at the forefront of advancing dental technology and techniques and as such routinely attends conferences to ensure he remains committed to the provision of the most up-to-date treatment options.

Roshwin is an experienced implant dentist with a passion for surgical dentistry. After graduating in 2012, he worked in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, which sparked his interest in implants. He trained at the London Implant Academy in 2017 and earned a Diploma in Implant Dentistry from the Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh, in 2021.
With a focus on both the aesthetics and function of his patients' smiles, Roshwin provides comprehensive long-term implant solutions. He stays at the forefront of implant dentistry through his membership in the Association of Dental Implantology. He also teaches and mentors young implant dentists and shares patient education content on his YouTube channel, Dr.Roshwin.
Known for his calm, compassionate approach, Roshwin is particularly trusted by nervous patients and his greatest reward comes from transforming his patients' smiles and helping them regain confidence.
